My original valuation was $1.33 during better times you should find if you search for it.
In regards to sale price I use four. Low, mid, high and also contract.
If you use excel it's easy to run four columns and plot four price bands.
You can get spot prices from various sources and I use a type stdev approach from current sorta like a bollinger on spot.
Contract I usually get from asx reports or of current podcasts. Usually out of Japan.
