IMO, this is likely due to resource size. This is Glencore’s second brine offtake in Argentina, after previously committing to a pre-paid offtake with Eramet. It seems they like large resources.
Meanwhile, here we are at AGY, on the supposed “fast track” to success, with almost six years in between drill results.
