Spot price has continued to tumble aggressively in the past couple of weeks. Seriously how low is it going to go... Wow.

The narrative that lithium was going to be in a decade-long permanent deficit "no matter what" along with insanely high lithium prices seriously caused too much supply and put that narrative to bed.

Some parts of me doesn't mind lithium prices going lower to disincentivise further supply, and create a deficit later.

But

I can't help but feel that Jerko seriously screwed up the timing with this (again), and once those permits come through for 12,000 TPA, meeting the pre-requisite for our funding deal and offtake -- we will now be bargaining in a seriously unfavourable pricing environment.

Let's hope the intended partner has a heap of goodwill and is willing to include plenty of good faith terms for us.
