Whilst your preferred option is to delay announcements until the macro lithium sector market conditions improve I do not think thats within regulations and certainly its not an option to remain silent.
The market is fickle at the best of times but any milestones should be announced as they occur even though the immediate market positive reaction may not be as pronounced during a period of overall macro negativity . The other side of the equation is that if no milestone announcements are made at all the market would react more severely.
A number of positive achievements in a down market are exactly that and eventually as market conditions improve a greater rerating would occur.
