IMO this is due to many here starting to accept that a CR (or debt) is becoming far more likely. The only thing that can prevent this is quickly scaling production, which looks highly unlikely. None of the other near-term catalysts change the fact that Puna is burning capital, and isn’t earning.
For those buyers keen to get in, it’s probably just easier to wait a couple of months for the CR, where at that point they may be able to get in at single digits.
