Don't get me wrong, there are more absolute failures than there are absolute successes when it comes to AGY.
"But we are producing battery grade!!!1" - In terms of absolutes, this is a failure because we aren't producing anywhere near enough.
I would be very interested to learn if we could produce more product at a lower grade? I get it isn't optimal and there is a big difference in price, but I am curious as to whether the plant is able to get to 2ktpa at all for any product grade, or not.
Sure, the SP hit a high of $0.80c, but everything was frothy at that time. And that was before a year of lies, failure and disappointment.
A DFS that is 4 years old wouldn't have much value anyways, prices and costs have shifted a long way, and it would need to be re-done anyways.
Knowing the state of this company, the process will get sorted, the 10ktpa approvals will come in and the "strategic partner" will make the DFS a condition of investment, and Jerko would need to go an spend the time and money to do the work anyways.
