I am all for free speech in regards to sharing an opinion however your commentary has crossed the line and become defamatory. Spreading lies and assassinating my character is unacceptable.

Pierre, you have stating I am a friend of Tyson Scholz, someone who has been in significant legal trouble due to his financial activities. I am not a friend of his and I have never met him.
You have subsequently accused me of ‘shilling’ a stock I am invested in and inferred that I have sold shares in this company resulting in a 70% share price decline. This is untrue, I have not sold a single share in the company, ever, and I am in fact the second largest holder of the stock.
You have stated that I am a part of a “pump crew” and called me a rat. This is categorically untrue, I am an individual investor/speculator without 708 status. I buy in market just like everyone else with a strategy of selling shares once a company creates fundamental value through exploration, asset growth or commercial deals.

Rendog, you have stated that I ‘rob’ people and compounded this statement by calling me a ‘Robin Hood’. I do not steal from anyone, I instead am quite good at investing in a sector or company that will see growth from an underlying commodity, technology, asset or other potential. You are correct that I do volunteer at a food bank however.

Ogloko, none of what you said is true.

I am advising all three of you that your statements are defamatory and are causing me distress. I am asking that you either remove the posts or alternatively apologise publicly for making them. If you do not do one of the above actions in a timely manner I will seek legal action against you individually.
