If Canaccord made this call at 22c and one of the reasons given is that they believe that the MRE would be released by end of 2023(and we all saw the MRE 180% increase ann last week so it was a 15day delay: that's not too bad), than perhaps Canaccord is buying/accumulating the shares being sold by panicked retail investors. Who would know? Perhaps no one but surely for every seller there is a buyer.
