The property is listed on the Lithium Concessions List at
stage of Exploration/Planned Prospecting, of the Ministry of Mining of the Province
of Catamarca.

The project has a surface area of 2,500 hectares, of which 1550 hectares are located on the salt flat, which is located close to the concentration plant of LIVENT Lithium LLC, sharing sides and vertices with GALAXY LTD and GALAN.SA.

The project has consolidated roads that pass through the property, an aqueduct that feeds fresh water from the Los Patos River, natural waters that cross the property.

The physical characteristics of the project area are of a soft relief of
(Puna), where facilities and camps can be located.

The property is new (three years), compared to the ones that are already being
explored and exploited in their environment. It was awarded to the owner in the year 2020,
granted by an Interlocutory Judgment granted and registered by the Judge of
Mines of the Province of Catamarca.

The property complies semi-annually with the payment of the Mining Fee
as established by the Mining Code of the Argentine Republic
