Or of course it could be related to the fact that AGY still needs to deliver on five milestones/targets that it set for this quarter, and it's got four weeks left to do so and none of them have been achieved yet. Or that the AGY bank balance is dwindling (must be around $10m now), and maybe skittish investors are holding off in case of an equity raise.
Who really knows though, could be anything.
Or of course it could be related to the fact that AGY still...
