I agree, but the timing is the issue. AGY won't realise ~$140m annual net income until the 2030's. As per my response to blacktrade, I think an additional 50% SOI is a reasonable likelihood, which would pull back your SP range to 72c to $1 in the early 2030's, which seems about right to me.
