How can you "target" something that's completely out of your control... does this mean they still have more submissions required if they're using that kind of language? They should have used the word 'expecting' or similar if it's just something they're hoping for, without any evidence to show it will be reached.
It's a pity its come down to having to decipher every word so the famous JZ carrot dangle trick doesn't catch us out again.
At least that's the offtake off the table for this quarter, so less for them to do. They'll have plenty of time now to complete the other deliverables, as you've listed.
