You don't understand Li at all.
No spod miner is more efficient than brine with the exception of Greenbushes and then that's only the bottom inefficient briners.

What upside down world do you live in? Spod mines are shutting down / going into care and maintenance plus new projects getting mothballed while the lower cost briners still going.
Name a briner that's gone into care and maintenance.
At the moment brine is king and Arg is favoured.
