    perhaps the wilfully ignorant might question the re works on our latest ponds. Damaged plastic or final trim on floor?, something is going on. This work has been going on since mid Dec.

    So was Argosys construction manager QA onsite or are the contractors responsible and who pays for rework. Is this stuff up the reason for delay on permit, did we just waste a heap of water and is willfully a word?

    A little drama for your Monday, good morning.
