Pilot plant never got close to maximum production. In fact, as at June 2023 (from one of their investor decks) pilot plant has only ever produced just over 30t, which 25t had been sold.

But taking into consideration the aforementioned 25t sold was already reported in 2021, I would say the pilot plant has been shut down since, or very limited production from it.

So last year, they're still referring to the same lot of 25t being sold as in 2021. More accurately, they had shipped 20t to YN Chemical in 2020. So between 2020 and 2023 they had sold only 5t elsewhere, and produced an additional ~5t in 2-3 years.

I haven't looked at any latest update (2024) in regard to pilot plant production figures. But I don't recall reading that it was any more.

500t @ AUD$23,000 spot price (same metric others are using, stating product from 2ktpa to be sold on market) is $11.5m/pa in the kitty (excluding costs of course). So, it's safe to assume the pilot plant never worked or is incapable to produce "at scale" (scale being nameplate) or anywhere near it.
