Noting that things evolve, opportunities change, and priorities like building the 10 ktpa plant clearly take precedence, I wonder if AGY will bother to keep things rolling with the 2 ktpa plant while they work on the next expansion? After all, it's too difficult to do two things at once by running the pilot plant and the 2 kpta expansion at the same time, so how can we expect them to juggle the 2 ktpa production with the 10 ktpa expansion?
