Getting the 10ktpa expansion permit has never been tied to the situation of the 2ktpa production.
i agree getting the 2ktpa plant to continuous production is important and I am sure the Puna team is working hard to achieve this. I hope that we get an update on this very soon.
But getting the 10ktpa expansion permit is a huge milestone. It will lead to a next milestone: getting the strategic partner for funding and offtakes. Once this milestone is achieved, the possibility of a CR gets to be less and less required.
When we get the permit, goodbye to the SP bottom. I wouldn't risk trading short at this time nor any time after the Easter break. We could just get the surprise of our life. AIMO DYOR it is Spanish
