Now that I understand that the second statement is specifically referring to AGY;
"The filtration issue is out of my league but I can say that they (AGY) will not push through getting the permit for a 10kt expansion if they didn't think the problems in getting to continuous operation cannot be fixed."
That's like saying why go through project planning for the 2kpta, if they cannot get the Stage 1 pilot plant running at scale in the first place.
You must see how that doesn't really add up.
