We should not forget that the potential strategic partner went with JZ to Salta and had an audience with the Salta Minister of Production Mr Rios and the Salta Secretary of Energy and Mining Dra Romina. In all probability, the MS would have explained to them the new amendments to the EIA process. At that time, we already were experiencing filtration issues. Hence, I would surmise that the PSP was appraised of the situation of the 2ktpa plant.
IMO the PSP too would be eagerly awaiting receipt of the 10ktpa expansion permit and, even now perhaps, things may be moving behind the scenes in anticipation of EIA approval. AIMO
