So your evidence-based statement is that AGY are giving away 70t of lithium carbonate in the hope of finding customers and no revenues are to be expected for any inventory accumulated to date.
And you got that from a 7-year old note of a company that no longer operates as such.
That's way better than my misguided guessing. Your substantiation and the logic you derive from is rock solid indeed.
