Why haven't you cashed out all of your other holdings like DRE, SPQ and PDN to go all in here? Remember that you said actions speak louder than words. You've told us that everyone here will make a pile of $$$, it's almost there and there is no doubt in your mind. If you're convinced that "Option 1" is going to happen, you'd have to be a monumental brain damaged imbecile not to sell everything else and pile in here.

So why haven't you?
