The fundamentals are what's important and the SP will go when it goes up. You simply can't expect instant responses to good news and to my mind there's not much point trying to work out if or why or how it might be being manipulated. There's no point and you'll just frustrate yourself and maybe lose your strategy.
One major box has been ticked that will allow others to progress. Enjoy the moment, your investment has just gotten safer.
