YOU are accusing me of LYING.
eg. Basic Facts:
I am an AGY shareholder
My avg is under 10c
I am an engineer with multiple degrees

YOU back your baseless and absolutely false accusations that these are LIES by putting your money where your mouth is.

The terms for Rob were as follows:

1/ deposit $1M in escrow with a law firm
2/ post their details here
3/ I will have a law firm contact them
4/ contracts prepared to maintain anonymity but bind parties i.e. you have a contract with your law firm, I have one with mine, and they have one with each other
5/ I provide evidence to my law firm, who in turn provides it to yours
6/ your law firm confirms the evidence and notifies you that your $1M has been surrended



The issue with the above, that was identified during discussion with Rob, is that he/you would clearly walk away the moment that the actual contract hits your desk for signing; in other words, I would be left significantly out of pocket preparing several legal contracts, from which you would simply walk away from when reality hits.

YOU are the one making the false accusations, so YOU fund the contracts and YOU provide them, or YOU suggest some other process in which YOU cannot squirm away when reality hits.


Oh, and what does “prove that you actually have the cash” actually mean?
Are you one of those people who thinks that a “screenshot” of someone’s holdings or bank account is somehow “proof” of anything…?
