I’ve proven on several extended occasion that the “ignore the trolls and they’ll go away” approach does not work.
It might work if absolutely everyone does it, but that’ll never happen imo, plus if it did then they’d quickly realise they have ability to spout totally unchallenged nonsense - not a good outcome imo, considering the motivations wrt spreading particular narratives about the company.
