The meeting was headed by the coordinator of the Secretariat of Mining and Energy Juan José Martínez, and the general director of Mining Paula Marinaro.
️ In this instance, Law No. 8164 of Mining Promotion was exposed, which establishes requirements for mining companies operating in the Province, such as the contracting of goods, inputs and local services.
♂️ Let us remember that the Law provides that mining companies must undertake to contract at least 70% of goods and services and companies with home delivery in the Province of Salta, with a minimum requirement of 60% of the workforce residing in mining activity departments.
