It's complex and pioneering engineering and there have been challenges within and without. Stage 3 preliminary construction began a while ago and approval only a weeks ago. You can expect to see advance orders for long lead time equipment once they get an idea of what equipment they'll need, and that's kinda contingent on stage 2 getting into full swing. The likely strategic partner just stumped up $7.5m and they want proof of scalability before signing on. They put their name to it publicly and that speaks louder than the cash itself.
It's happening.
