Your info looks to be incorrect, yet again. Can you provide where you've seen "preliminary construction" on stage 3 and what has been achieved during this 'construction' phase?
I must have missed the announcement where they've progressed construction on stage 3. Last time I checked they 'said' they would be starting last year, which never happened. It would be hard to start anything before detailed engineering reports being completed.
Looks to be another made-up and purely speculative (albeit completely inaccurate/ramping) post.
But hey, happy to be proven wrong if you can provide the source/evidence of the stage 3 construction.
