    Rio Tinto paid $825 million USD for the RINCON tenements. We have established tenements with ponds and a production facility. Almost all of the articles published regarding the Rio Tinto purchase use photos of the AGY tenements (2 screen shots are from articles about the Rio Tinto Rincon acquisition). AGY is valued at 10 x current market cap which is currently under $73 million USD.
