The broker is facilitating an order of 200m shares for 13c that`s a big order at a guaranteed price..if you could source some or all of those on market at 20% less and pass those on instead of course you would right?...as I said earlier someone's getting screwed in this deal and its not AGY, BPs or the instos..its always the scared money.
