They've provided updates only when there's "good news" to give the market. Case in point, every time they've omitted an update, it's intentional to deviate from any negative progress - ie. when they had to halt production all together, they didn't tell us until they had a "solution" which was a full month later.

Also noting omissions in grade in announcements - I believe when questioned directly, they didn't/wouldn't clarify. This is certainly because grades have dropped from their peak, but not below 99.5% as they continue to use the words 'battery grade'.

They also are known for releasing "other" announcements, in lieu of the monthly production update, to once again deviate attention away.

It seems they're having a very hard time scaling production - even after bottleneck issues had been resolved for the most part (albeit additional work was still ongoing they said). This is of course concerning when potential offtake partners can see clear as day that they are unable to produce at a commercial scale (or at minimum a 2ktpa small starter scale). Of course it goes without saying it doesn't bode well for the 10ktpa expansion.

Things can turn around, of course. But to date, this is the pattern continually occurring.
