We have you and the other cheersquad on record saying there's no way RIO will produce in 2024 and that AGY are so far ahead. Throw in the constant comments of how RIO are spending a billion dollars and how stupid they are for doing that.
Yet, now you won't tell us how far ahead AGY is in your opinion.

So it's confirmation that my original point stands - AGY are no takeover target, and RIO spending a billion dollars starting again on a new project supports this. Else, it would make common sense that they would buy out AGY at pennies to the dollar who already have infrastructure in place and are now "commercial producers".
