He is not completely right, but isn't that much off. PLS hits a new year to year low. This sector is just not getting much love atm.Sure we can shoot a few more percent up if we get positive update but I have a feeling it will soon fade away and succumb to it is already priced in mentality and sector simply not getting traction.
