How do you qualify that exactly? The chemical process works and bottlenecks have been identified and rectified. Output has increased exponentially and what remains to be seen remains to be seen. Whether it's unfettered success or complete failure, or somewhere in between, is entirely subjective but it's a long way from where it was even a year ago, let alone two.
