Email both JZ and Pablo asking them for a list of the job titles and then tell them which ones they should cut and how they can restructure the company to run more efficiently. I'm sure they'd be thrilled to have your expert input on how they should be running things, as they obviously don't have the natural talent to think and act at the vastly superior & more experienced level that you do. You could advise them on how to run the production plant at a more efficient output at less cost, how to manage negotiations for an off take agreement, and how to deal with the Argentine govt as well.
I'm sure they'd consider themselves truly blessed by your offer of expert knowledge, & instantly offer you an employment contract with a free air ticket to get you there as fast as possible to show them all where they've been going wrong & how it's supposed to be done.
