You could advise them on how to run the production plant at a more efficient output at less cost, how to manage negotiations for an off take agreement, and how to deal with the Argentine govt as well.
I'm sure they'd consider themselves truly blessed by your offer of expert knowledge, & instantly offer you an employment contract with a free air ticket to get you there as fast as possible to show them all where they've been going wrong & how it's supposed to be done.
