The quarterly shouldn't comment on anything from July it's meant to be a summery of April/May/June. That's why there's no reason it couldn't be out now other than the typical wait period of the month hoping for some other event to announce to boost the quarterly. There's no reason Company quarterlies could be out in the first week.
So, if there is any reportable event or fluff event we should here of it otherwise we wait for the quarterly which shouldn't include July.
I suspect becasue the quarterly wont show much there will be an announcement prior to it to highlight July hoping it prevents poor reception oif the quarterly.
This has been the formula for a while now.
