Ironically, this shoots yourself down.
The whole point of this scene was that the lawyer was absolutely correct, but wasn't taken seriously, however, the point of the entire film was that what the lawyer was saying and pushing for did indeed play out in the end.
The vibe was valid. The vibe did indeed determine what actually happened!
Perfect use of a meme, and a classic self pwn.
