    Ah missing the point, again. What's new?

    They can take their sweet time, it doesn't affect the $3-4m they get paid per quarter, whether the plant is up and running or not.

    I didn't say they were deliberately taking longer. That's your words. But if they were, it wouldn't affect them in the slightest when it comes to getting paid.
