I greatly doubt there would be any real desire to slow efforts to increase production at any time. Jerko said to me in his email this week that the hope was to get production ready in time to take advantage of the increased prices at that time (hoo boy, that *hope* sounds like he expects it to take a lot longer than the next couple of months!).

It's not like it would make any sense to go into hibernation now and then resume attempts if/when prices increase. This would guarantee missing the ability to take advantage of a high price cycle if it happens!

I wouldn't think a relevant number of people would think this strategy makes any sense at all.
