Readers here need to beware of the tangled web this layman is weaving. What an embarrassment.
What I am saying is that I am absolutely confident that ATL has had discussions with the company about the product and the plant that would have provided them with insight and information that is indeed more extensive than what has been publicly released by the company.
Read that again.
I stand by that assertion 100% based on direct experience of similar engagement with various mining companies, and OEMs and suppliers.
It’s irrelevant if you believe me or not; simply find and ask anyone in the industry who has been involved in similar discussions. Do it.
Claiming that access to such “commercially sensitive” information is “illegal” just illustrates absolute ignorance. Absolute ignorance.
