I'll re-post this here. I am really surprised there is not a stronger call for heads to roll. No matter how optimistic a spin you want to put on it, the clear facts are that this has been a complete fkuc up.

Remember the fast tracked path to production?

Now it's even clear that the lessons learnt, and the objectives of the pilot plant, did not scale to the 2,000kta plant. Hence, best to scrap it all, take the lessons, and start afresh - with no guarantees that we or anyone know what to change to make it work.

With a tougher, more business minded decision structure, and less boys playing toys, AGY would/should have decided that 6+ months ago.

IMO, heads have to roll over this. Massive failure by management. It's our own good money that they have plundered away with their incompetence, reliance on hope, and unwillingness to face, and announce, the facts. ASX, IMO, is also not without fault.
