Where does AGY have the knowledge it (profitable production) can be done? I'm pretty sure they failed.
They've obviously learned what doesn't work but have they learned what will work?
i feel that Pablo has failed to deliver so doesn't deserve his full share of the business. And I worry that Puna will actually make it more complicated to get the project working now because with them involved it probably limits the control of AGY.
I think it's going to be hard to fund the 10k plant unless they somehow demonstrate that their future chemical process is guaranteed to work
