That sounds like more carrot dangling tbh. When are people going to learn…..
Brine plays are suppose to be at the lower end of the cost curve. Clearly they couldn’t make it work on many levels. Given their history of carrot dangling they will never admit to failure and will put out these kind of statements. We all know they won’t be resuming anything since they couldn’t get it to work in the first place.
