Actually mate, the safest assumption to make is that the 2ktpa has indeed failed, or more accurately - failed to be able to scale to spec. Is that design flaws? Is that an incompetent team? Can it be salvaged? Can it eventually be engineered and fixed to get it running to spec? We know likely not able with their current management/team, but all-in-all, who knows...

Either way, it's a big giveaway in that there's been radio silence on the production quantities front all together since announcing continuous operations in May, stating they've remedied the 'critical path works' to improve reliability and increase lithium recovery and process efficiency. Lots of big words there, little substance as it turns out.

This was in May, moving forward they were to "increase effective production rates over a gradual build up period". Yet, 3 months later and they have intentionally omitted/deviated from all information regarding to production quantities. I think seasoned holders can read between the lines by now (apart from the few obvious suspects left over who will never be able to dig their heads out of the sand).

Not forgetting the major elephant in the room, which is hilarious that the usual suspects refuse to acknowledge, is how a 58m capped company with less than a half-working plant and incompetent team will raise $400,000,000 for the expansion. Let's say they win a record breaking powerball lottery in the next few years and manage that kind of money, they will still miss the next lithium cycle by the time they construct and commission the thing which would likely be mid to late 2030's.

    GLTA.
