Seems so. But we'll have to find the definition of 'scale'. Is it 12ktpa total which will bring them back into the game? This is where no one will ever know, because they company refuses to complete or update any studies. So we can deduce that 12ktpa still won't be viable at lower lithium prices, until stated otherwise with official updated figures.
Then there's still the ever on-going issue of AGY never being able to scale as they simply will not have the means to $400m.
