Seriously do these guys really think they can raise enough funds, build, and commission another 10ktpa before the next cycle peak? Judging by how they handled the 2ktpa, i highly doubt it can be done.
The best option is to fix the 2ktpa and use the funds to build out the 10ktpa as originally planned. This is the best option in terms of minimising dilution for current holders. They just need to come clean and tell us how much they farked up and how much they need to fix it.
