    I'd expect another $4M to puna at least. Entitlements aren't cheap and PA's son has said they did more than the minimum.

    They have mentioned they were working on Engineering in the past and a lot of it should have been done for the EIA.

    60% captital destruction and 150+ jobs lost and still no accountability.

    I bet the chief engineer sitting in perth keeps his job.

    All focus on the spot price none on the design failures.
