It's been covered here before, but that's conversion capacity, not raw material supply mate. It's not good news for lithium prices. The raw material supply from Wodgina doesn't just disappear because Albemarle pumped the brakes on its Australian hydroxide plant; the feedstock instead just gets diverted to China, where it will be converted there instead. It does nothing to change the supply/demand balance, it just reinforces China's hold on the conversion process, which isn't good for anyone.
