ASN still at least 2 years away from actual production so they don't have a C&M status. They are at the financing phase of mining company cycle.
AGY jumped their guns a bit 2 years ago and didn't go for a really normal route to production. So it's been at the search for financing phase for a while and got hit by the drop in lithium pricing + all the other issues that most holders all know so I don't need to rewrite it again.
