Not a chance in hell. Once RIO acquire LTM, they have all the resources they could ever need, and all the corporate knowledge as well. With this transaction (if it goes ahead), and Pablo's flailing technical efforts rendering the "IP" largely worthless, it's pretty much the nail in the coffin for any M&A hopes here.
